Behind the lens

UK-based creative designer, content creator, and landscape photographer exploring the connection between creativity, storytelling, and the outdoors.

Why I Create

I create to slow things down and make sense of what I see.

Whether it’s designing, filming, editing, or photographing landscapes, the process always pulls me into the same place — focus, presence, and curiosity.

What started as photography over five years ago has grown into something broader. A way of exploring ideas, building visuals, and documenting experiences across both creative work and personal projects.

What I Do

My work sits across a few areas:

  • Landscape & Adventure Photography — vast scenes, weather, light, and atmosphere
  • Creative Design & Content — visual storytelling, experiments, and digital work
  • Social Media & Collaboration Projects — working with brands and creators
  • Personal Experiments & Ideas — testing styles, formats, and creative direction

Each area feeds into the other. Nothing exists in isolation — it’s all part of a wider creative process of learning, testing, and refining.

The Process Matters

It’s never just about the final image or output.

It’s about being out in the wind waiting for light to shift.
Or sitting at a desk refining a design until it finally clicks.
Or testing an idea that might not work — but teaches something anyway.

That mix of outdoor exploration and creative experimentation is what defines my work.

Who’s Behind It

None of this happens alone.

My wife, Bex, is a key part of the process — often filming, assisting, and helping shape ideas in the field and behind the scenes. She brings a second perspective that keeps everything grounded and real.

Together, we document the journey — the wins, the failed attempts, the in-between moments, and everything that makes the creative process what it is.

Final Thought

This isn’t just about landscapes or design.

It’s about building, exploring, and documenting a creative life in motion — across places, projects, and ideas.

Slowing down. Seeing more. Making more. Sharing the process.
